ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective function of the store operation.  They must know, practice, and assure that Company policies and procedures are followed at all times by persons under their jurisdiction  They are responsible to assist in meeting or exceeding budgeted sales, cost of sales, shrink, markdowns, controllable expenses, and budgeted net profit before taxes. 

The Assistant Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting in maintaining a well stocked and clean store as well as providing Positively Outstanding Customer Service at all times.

The Assistant Customer Service Manager reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is an hourly position.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective function of the store operation.  They must know and practice Company policies and procedures at all times.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting in maintaining a well stocked and clean store as well as providing Positively Outstanding Customer Service at all times.

A Store Customer Service Associate reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.  In the absence of the Customer Service Manger, the CSA may also report to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.

In accomplishing these goals, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for maintaining a well stocked and properly merchandised store as well as assuring that a Positively Outstanding Customer Service is a routine accomplishment.  Major areas of responsibility defined herein include Customer Relations, Personnel, General Management, Merchandising, Loss Prevention, and Safety and Maintenance.

DISTRICT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

The Area District Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective function of the assigned stores within their group.  The District Manager must know, practice and assure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times by persons under their supervision.  They must maintain confidentiality of all sales, profits, expense and personnel information.  They must ensure that they, or their employees, discuss no company activity with non-employees.  They are responsible, through their Customer Service Managers, to have clean and well merchandised stores as well as to provide Positively Outstanding Service and to maintain shrink, cost of sales, markdowns and controllable expenses within the prescribed acceptable standards and/or agreed upon goals and to ultimately provide the organization with maximized bottom line profit performance of each site within prescribed District Manager group.

FOOD SERVICE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

The Food Service Manager is responsible to accomplish the efficient and effective function of the entire food operation.  They must know, practice and ensure that company policies, procedures and programs are followed at all times by persons in their direct supervision.  They are responsible to meet or exceed budgeted sales, cost of sales, spoilage and controllable expenses with extra emphasis placed on quality, conditions, overall cleanliness, and labor budgeted hours.  To accomplish these goals, the Food Service Manager is responsible for maintaining a fresh and properly displayed food presentation at all times the food service business is in operation.

The Food Service Manager is required to control Food Costs to targeted level and perform commodity counts not less than weekly at assigned site.

The Food Service Manager is responsible for purchases of all needed product for food offering sales and supply items.
