Worsley Companies, is a diversified privately owned company based in Wilmington, North Carolina. The company was founded in Wallace, North Carolina in 1923 by W.C. Worsley, Sr.

Worsley Companies operates over 140 convenience stores in North and South Carolina, as well as two truck stops: Wilmington Auto/Truck Stop on Hwy 421; and the Derrick Truck Stop in Salisbury, N.C.

In 1996, the Derrick Truck Stop in Salisbury, N.C. was recognized in a nationwide survey of truck stops by the National Truckers’ Association for having the “Best Waitress” as well as achieving Second Place for “Best Food” in the country

Today, Worsley Companies continue to upgrade many of the stores with the addition of branded fast foods such as Subway, Quizno's and Blimpie. In addition to the branded fast foods, Worsley Companies has its own brand of foods such as a full breakfast and lunch stores serving breakfast biscuits, chicken, Hot Dogs, and pizza.

Along with the Convenience Stores, Truck Stops, and Food Services, Worsley Companies also offers Fleet Fueling Services.
